With the commissioning of the “little brother” we have redundant capacities in the area of vibration and shock tests. This enables us to carry out shorter test runs with increased capacity by carrying out tests in parallel. We also invested in testing equipment for continuous insulation monitoring, for example of test items with shield connections in HV applications.
In 2021, we set another milestone: As planned, we received our accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 in the second half of 2021.
The commissioning of our HALT testing facility expanded our testing range. It complements the classic validation processes with product-related and quick testing procedures.
With the first laboratory expansion, we were able to significantly expand the scope of testing for control devices. Multiple climate chambers enabled optimized product validation processes. Our first shaker went into operation.
With the laboratory expansion, our office moved from the basement to the first floor.
By doubling our laboratory space at the location, we laid the foundation for expanding our testing offerings. This step ensures we have the performance and capacity for the upcoming tasks. With the expansion of our laboratory, we doubled the number of climate chambers. Since then, 4 media temperature control devices have supported us in the active cooling of high-current electronics.
With the commissioning of the IMV A30 shaker combined with a 750 mm² sliding table, we laid the foundation for more extensive and complex vibration tests. Combined with our QED Gnostic 64 for short-term interruption monitoring, we are now well equipped for testing connectors.
With a focus on efficient and fast test runs, we added additional climate and temperature chambers in various sizes to our test equipment. This step enabled us to provide more testing capacity.
enveon GmbH was founded in Munich in 2018 as an environmental simulation laboratory with a focus on the automotive sector, especially e-mobility.
By doubling our laboratory space at the site, we laid the foundation for expanding our range of tests. This step ensures our performance and capacity for the tasks ahead. With the expansion of our laboratory, we doubled the number of climate chambers. Since then, 4 media temperature control units have supported us in the active cooling of high-current electronics.
