At enveon, we are not looking for beginners or pure theorists. We are looking for an experienced professional who is at home in the world of vibration and shock testing.

You know what you’re doing, you don’t need an introduction to the basics, and you can handle projects independently – technically precise and efficient.

Your tasks:

  • Independent setup and execution of vibration and shock tests on various components.
  • Development, implementation, and optimization of test programs – not standard solutions, but well-thought-out test strategies.
  • Thorough analysis, evaluation, and documentation of test results (German & English).
  • Direct, knowledgeable communication with customers on equal footing – you are the contact person, not just a supporter.
  • Introduction and assurance of compliance with national and international test standards.
  • Design and implementation of complex measurement setups – you decide how it’s done right.

Your profile:

  • Degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in vibration and shock testing or a comparable field – we don’t need beginners.
  • Confident handling of test rigs and measurement technology – you know what you’re doing.
  • You work focused, precisely, and reliably, even under pressure.
  • You are not a theorist, but someone who delivers results and takes responsibility.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Confident in MS Office, CAD experience is an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Performance-based salary that reflects your commitment and experience.
  • A work environment without games or unnecessary coordination – you get the freedom to complete your tasks efficiently.
  • Direct responsibility from day one. We don’t need supervision, we need a professional.
  • Professional training in state-of-the-art testing technology.
  • Additional benefits such as company bicycle, parking space, gym, supplementary insurance.

Type of position: Full-time (part-time only with a convincing concept).

Working hours: Monday to Friday – structured and results-oriented.

Important: We are looking for experienced specialists, not recent graduates. If you are looking to gain initial professional experience, this is not the right position for you.
