Last week, we consciously left our everyday testing routine behind us and focused entirely on our team skills at an exciting archery event. Instead of testing equipment, the focus was on bows and arrows – a welcome change to strengthen team spirit and motivation.

We were able to test our precision and concentration in a relaxed atmosphere and had a lot of fun in the process. It was impressive to see how the team spirit we know from the lab can be transferred just as well to completely new challenges. Experiences like this have a lasting impact on our corporate culture.
After this successful start, we are excited to see what adventure awaits us next – we are ready for it!
